Return & Refund policy 

 

All items are non-refundable. The owner will allow a one time exchange on recently purchased items. 

 

To be eligible for exchange the recently purchased item can not have been worn and or damaged. Must email owner at butterflykids.culture@yahoo.com to get exchange approved. Must mail back recently purchased item within 3 days of receiving it in order to stay within the agreement of exchange. 

 

All accessories are non refundable and non exchangeable.

 

For all eligible exchanges please allow 2-3 business days for processing plus shipping and handling.

 

All Shipping is done through UPS. Once order has been shipped out you will receive a tracking number to the email we have on file.
